Yes, you can freeze for a maximum of 3 Months, and no less than 4 weeks.

If you have an injury that prevents you from being able to use the gym, then please let us know as soon as you have had your injury assessed and confirmed by your GP, we require a conformation email stating this and we can then Medically freeze you free of charge.
We offer a bring a friend weekend on the first weekend of each month.
