Bio: My personal love for strength training naturally paved my path into the health and fitness industry.
Since then, as my knowledge has evolved, I appreciate the benefits of a more varied training programme which can be seen in my coaching style. As a woman it was a simple decision for me to specialise in women’s health. I feel privileged to support women through stages of their lives, involving physiological changes from pre- and post-natal to menopause.

Bio: I consider myself lucky to have been active from a young age, participating in a variety of sporting activities as a child. My love for exercise developed through athletics and dance training which inevitably inspired my career. My background is in exercise physiology and healthcare, and I am passionate about encouraging a holistic approach to wellbeing that enables individuals to enjoy sport and movement throughout life.

Bio: For me, running was the start of my passion and ultimately my career into the health industry. At a young age I understood both the mental and physical benefits of exercise. As I got older building lean muscle became my priority, my love of endurance training evolved into strength training, this led to an internship working with a medical team on applied biomechanics on the human body, injury prevention and longevity. I incorporate this approach into my everyday especially on the golf course.

Bio: My own journey is what has fuelled my passion to work with females to build their dream physiques, whilst also connecting on a deeper level, looking at both mindset and festyle to grow their confidence from within. Having battled through my own personal experiences with body image, being both overweight and underweight, t have a genuine understanding with my clients on the challenges that they face. Supporting other women to discover the beauty of balance and self-love is ultimately what defines me and my coaching.

Bio: My passion for a healthy body and mind evolved four years ago after having my son. My ambition is to support people to feel comfortable in the gym and benefit from all the positives that moving your body can have physically and mentally. I enjoy creating functional training programmes and group classes to optimise everyday movements and limit chance of injury. I feel very fortunate to progress my career with Strive.

Bio: From a young age I discovered my passion for sports and weightlifting which influenced my career into the fitness industry. It was my mentor, Harry, who truly ignited my potential. Under his guidance, I learnt advanced coaching techniques, how to perfect form and the science behind lifting. I constantly integrate the latest research into my design to ensure my clients receive optimal results.

Bio: Coaching and taking part in team and solo sports have always been a great part of my life, sport has therefore become the catalyst, influencing my programme design and coaching style. My own personal trainer, an ex-professional baseball player, was inspirational in my desire to further understand the capabilities and the way the human body moves. For me it is essential to train the body through each plane of movement maximising the bodies full potential within each coaching session.

Bio: My passion for training started through boxing and Highlands College, this led me to pursue further education at university specialising in sports and exercise physiology of which started by passion for athletic development and speed training in particular. The Jersey Sport Foundation is where I honed my craft, developing young and talented individuals. I believe in a well-rounded approach to movement training, by utilising general physical preparedness as the key tool to develop an athletes movement tool box.

A Strive membership grants you access to our professional facilities, personal coaching, and a bundle of Strive goodies.
As a Strive member, you’ll also have access to out Class Timetable where you can book trainer-led yoga class on a day that suits you. We schedule up to 11 different classes per day – from Pilates and yoga to Strive Core and Strive Recover. Whether you’re keen to focus on yoga or wish to branch out into other fitness classes, our timetable gives you plenty options to explore.
