Lightweight maraca-like Toning Sticks enhances sense of rhythm and coordination while toning target zones, including arms, core and lower body.

Whether you’re a seasoned Zumba dancer or a newcomer eager to dive into the rhythm, these classes are tailored to accommodate everyone. The beauty of Zumba Toning lies in its adaptability; participants can adjust the intensity by choosing the weight of their toning sticks or even opting for bodyweight movements. As a Strive member, you’ll also have access to out Class Timetable where you can book trainer-led yoga class on a day that suits you. We schedule up to 11 different classes per day – from Pilates and yoga to Strive Core and Strive Recover. Whether you’re keen to focus on yoga or wish to branch out into other fitness classes, our timetable gives you plenty options to explore.
